"The Annual Dinner Dance for the flagship store employees is a prestigious event. It is vital that the evening is a success. In September 2005 I was tasked with its organisation. Previously we had used Balloon Events for the balloon and room decorations therefore they were my first, but not my only ‘port of call’. It was apparent from our first meeting that they were well organised, professional, competitively priced and full of inspirational ideas for our theme night. One of the deciding factors for giving Balloon Events the contract was that it was a one shop stop, they agreed to organise everything from band to balloons from exploding confetti to the DJ.

Regular updates on the organisation process offered me peace of mind and as the day drew nearer friendly supportive phone calls and emails reinforced my belief in their ability to deliver a fabulous night. Nothing was too much trouble to discuss and a final plan of the evening was drawn up and presented.

On the day of the event Balloon Events arrived and worked continually until the room was set up to perfection, it looked stunning. Keeping a low profile they stayed with us until the end of the evening to ensure that everything went as we had previously planned.
